Is there a paid plan?
The app is absolutely 100% free!

Will I be able to know how many people have subscribed to the notification when their products get restocked and how many messages were sent out?
Yes, this information will be visible on the Dashboard. To learn more about this, check this article.

Will I be able to track what and how many products are subscribed to?
Yes. You can go to the Products section of the app and will display information when a customer subscribes to a specific product.

How do I uninstall the app?
You can simply delete the app from the list on your Shopify admin to uninstall it. The app is built with Shopify's recommended Script Tag method. This means that all code will be deleted when the app is removed from your apps list.

If you'd like to remove the app's code completely, delete the {% include 'booster-common' %} statement from your theme.liquid file and the booster-common.liquid file from your Snippets. You can do this by accessing your Shopify admin and going to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit code.

Important: If you also have our Loyalty Hero and/or Abandoned Cart Recovery app installed, please do not delete the above code. Syncing these apps from Settings will ensure the Back in Stock widget is removed from your product pages.

How can my customers disable notifications from my store in case they prefer to do so?
Disabling notifications from any site can be done by clicking on the lock icon in the address bar of the site and choosing Block or Disable in the Notifications drop-down menu such as shown in the example below:

Do customers need to provide an email address when they subscribe to a product?
No. The Subscribe Form is just a simple click of a button and does not require complicated steps or ask you for any personal information just to be able to receive notifications. The app will only send browser notifications to customers and not emails.

Does the app also work for products that are still upcoming?
The app is specially designed to notify customers about products that are already existing in your store but went out of stock. 

How will customers know that they have successfully subscribed to a product? After customers sign up to subscribe to a product, they will see a confirmation message that their registration is completed. After customers sign up to subscribe to a product, they will see a confirmation message that their registration is completed. 

Will I know who has subscribed to my products?
The dashboard will only show how many subscribers have signed up and how many notifications have been sent. 

If there are updates on the product aside from its availability, will the customer be notified too?
These kinds of changes will have no effect whatsoever on your customers' subscriptions. The customer will not be notified as well since the app is designed to send notifications only when the product update is about its availability. 

Can I delete a customer's subscription?
Unfortunately, there is no way to edit or do any changes to the Reports section since these are generated data. What you can do in this situation is delete the product from your Shopify admin to prevent customers from subscribing to it.
