Customizing Back in Stock settings

The Back in Stock button is the notification bar that appears on a product when it is out of stock. Customers must click this button if they wish to receive a notification as soon as a product becomes available.

Customizing button texts

There is a default text that is set for the Back in Stock button. These texts can be changed or modified if you wish to use a more personalized approach. To do so, follow these steps:

Launch the app and go to Settings.

Click Button Design.

Make sure the Back in Stock Button is enabled.

Note: You can disable this button back anytime you want by simply sliding it back to the OFF position then click Save.

In the Text field, enter your preferred text for the notification. In this example, we used LET ME KNOW WHEN THIS IS IN-STOCK

Note: Your changes will automatically be visible in the Preview box.

Choose the size of the text and the location of the notification bar as you desire.

Set the Offset. This will be the distance of the notification bar from the edge of the screen.

Choose the color for the Background and the Text on the notification bar.

Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Customizing the Subscribe Form

The Subscribe form appears on the customers' end the moment they click on the button to notify them of restocked products they subscribed to. To customize the subscribe form:

From the Settings page, go to Subscribe Form.

Change the Header Label according to your preference.

Change the texts in the Body Content field.

Change the texts in the Button Label as desired.

Note: Check the box to hide duplicate variants, if preferred.

Create your own Footer Content as you prefer.

Under the Confirmation Messages section, change the texts in the Success field. This message will appear when the customer had successfully signed up.

Type in the texts you want in the Already Registered field. This message will appear if the customer had successfully signed up for the same product previously.

Adding custom CSS

If you have advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and you want to manually add design settings to your subscribe form, you can definitely do so. Follow the steps below to learn where to add the Advanced Design Settings in the app:

On the Subscribe Form page, scroll down and click on the arrow beside Show Advanced Design Settings.

Enter the CSS codes for your design settings on the box provided.

Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Setting Delivery Policies

From the Settings page, go to Delivery Policies.

Make sure Notifications Enabled is set to ON.

Set your preferred number of inventory required to send a notification to the subscriber.

Set your preferred order of notification.

Once you're satisfied with your settings, click  Save.

Customizing push notifications

From the Settings page, go to P ush Notification.

Enter your preferred text for the title.

Enter the preferred description in the field provided.

Once you're satisfied with your settings, click  Save.

Click Send test notification to try your newly-saved settings!
